Rates effective immediately!
We are no longer renting any units to anyone who has not rented in the past 12 months. As our family grows, we are having fewer and fewer availability to rent. We appreciate your interest. We truly feel bad we cannot accommodate you.
For those past renters, the rates, conditions, and surcharges will be the same as charged and published in 2024.
RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS & REFUNDS
No reservation is valid without a 50% deposit which is not
refundable unless we can rent the same unit at the same rate.
If you cancel less than 10 days before the first day of your
reserved date, you will be charged for the full reserved time.
A service charge of $25 will be charged for all refunds.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Check-in time is 5 o'clock pm. You may come earlier and
spend the day on the premises & you will get your room as soon as it is
ready. Check ins of
later than 9:30 pm will be
charged $25. If
later than 11:00 pm will be
charged $50. Check-out is 11:00 am.
Late check-outs might incur (1 hr) $25 or (2 hr) $50. You may stay and use our
premises all day as long as all your belongings are out of the rooms and out of
the way of cleaning personnel.
5 bedroom, 12 beds, 2 full baths, washer & dryer, kitchen, dining room, and living room with fold-out couch, beautifully furnished with linen & towels.
Single room with 2 48" beds, includes fresh linen on beds. fridge, table and chairs, private bathroom. Includes use of dining areas in main building for eating (food not included).
Also available cribs, pack'n'play, high chairs, strollers, car-seats, toys, bikes, back packs, audio, video & musical equipment.
GROUP RATES
A few GROUPS may be accommodated September thru June
Call for more details and rates. Only 2 night weekends, maximum 60 people. Includes rooms with fresh linen & towels, large, elegant dining room, Bais Medrash with Sefer Torah, fully stocked with seforim. Limited, supervised use of commercial kitchen.
Food is not currently available.
